Great pools for cooling down.
Upon arrival, my room was incorrectly upgraded to a dark and humid space with no privacy. I faced significant delays in getting the room I originally booked, frustrating after a long journey. The jacuzzi was unusable, as the water came out brown, and even after being cleaned, it remained uninviting. I felt the experience did not meet the high expectations I had.

Characterful base for exploring Choeng Mon. Extremely comfy and beautifully kept hotel with a central location on the outskirts of the town.

Everything was nice - modern rooms and lovely breakfasts. Beautiful location away from the turist sites and pleasant and really good staff. Special atmosphere and friendly service. Pool bar and well-maintained pool...

Consider hiring a scooter for easier access to nearby attractions, as the hotel location may not be ideal without transportation.

The stuff upgrade our room to one with a pool, it is an amazing room and with a great value for money. Very quiet area, we were at the low season and barely notice to someone. If you are not looking to live in the middle of the crowd - take this place.
It is located out of the well known Cheweng area - but hotel with such quality will cost double (or even more) at that area.

The pool right on the beach was lovely. The beach was very small and basically private.
The front desk staff did not respond to my email about airport transfers prior to my arrival.

great stay but with room for improvement
The staff were great throughout my stay. The beachfront area was fine, offering amazing sunset views that were nice. I appreciated the variety of breakfast options that catered to different tastes. The lush garden view added a serene touch to my experience.
The dining options could use improvement in quality.

The staff really couldn't do enough to help. You had everything onsite needed for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful location. The breakfast was lovely, I would not hesitate suggesting your resort to my friends and work colleagues for their families
The restaurant was expensive in comparison to your neighbour particularly as Service Charge and VAT is added on top. The air con in our room 857 was noisy after 30 mins of being on which meant beacause it was just above the bed we had to turn it off to sleep. After what we had gone through with our previous hotel we felt that this was a minor issue.

Deva beach is fine! The hotel has very nice aesthetics, matching beautifully at the pool, in the room, and along the beach. The location is peaceful, yet conveniently close to lovely spots. The main infinity pool is perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun.

The location was quiet, just a short walk away from Big Buddha. The restaurant was nice with hood food, I tried excellent dishes.
Some of the staff were not particularly welcoming.

I love the private spa jacuzzi that we had at the balcony. Room was spacious n nice view.
The hotel staff did not inform me that we will charge me directly in SGD which costs more until i saw my credit card bill. They told me n what i signed for is in baht. Location far from chaweng. Hiring motorbike is a must to explore the place rather than paying much more for the tours.
